If these are to be added to existing UVLayout floating licenses, then please email us and we will add the new licenses to your uvlayout.com account.
If these are your first floating licenses, then you should go here to begin the installation process:

Its all covered on that page, but basically you need to install the server software first, email us back some information generated by that software, then we can issue your floating licenses.
Please note: The license key already generated for you is only a temporary measure to get your users up and running with UVLayout quickly; it is not your floating licenses. You will still need to complete the HLServer installation to activate your floating licenses.
